Our roadmap is agile

We are determined that the development of Portlr is based on what our customers need. Therefore, we also plan the development according to our customers’ wishes and our roadmap should not be seen as a static snapshot. Our roadmap is basically a result of the demand we face from our customers.

Call logger version 1
You no longer have to do the manual work when you register time time spent on calls. You can now let Portlr do it for you automatically. The new Portlr app can automatically match an incoming or outgoing call to a customer and project, so you only have to decide if the call should be added to the hour log or not.

Approval of weekly time sheets
We have initiated the development of a module where managers have the opportunity to approve and reject weekly time sheets. A weekly reminder is sent to anyone who has not completed his or her time sheet before a self-elected date. It is also possible for the manager to easily get an overview of who has not yet filled out their time sheet.

Subscription and tickets
In the future, it will be possible to handle subscription solutions as well as tickets and automatic invoicing directly in Portlr. This also includes the possibility of automatically creating scheduled tasks.

Document sharing
As a natural part of our development of Portlr, we have chosen to prioritize an increased degree of document sharing. In the future, it will also be possible to upload and save documents directly to the customer. It can, e.g. be contracts, past and future invoices etc.

We are currently developing a capacity module where each employee can see and assess their capacity for the next 6 months. Of course, it is possible to set specific goals for each user. Admins can see all employees’ capabilities and have the optimal opportunity to plan work capacity
